Log In and How to Report Support Problems

At this time, you cannot log in to the Grenadine schedule for CoNZealand. If you try to log in, you may get a message about Gluu. This log in page is currently non-functional. We expect the CoNZealand programme guide to be fully active next week (around 22 July 2020) once the new log in system is functional.  

We will release the Web version of the Grenadine Programme Guide by July 18, 2020. You will be able to read the Schedule, Event Information and the Speaker information. However, until the new log in is activated, you will not be able to sign up for items, modify your profile or create a personal schedule of items.

The instructions below are only for logging into CNZ-PreCoNZ, not CoNZealand. CNZ-PreCoNZ is the Programme Guide for activities that are happening before CoNZealand. Once the new log in system is ready, we will have instructions on this page detailing how to log in.

How to Report Log In Problems

Logging In for CNZ-PreCoNZ Activities

  1. Go to the CNZ-PreCoNZ main page: https://sites.grenadine.co/sites/conzealand/en/cnzpreconz/
  2. Click on the words ”Log In” on the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  3. At the “Log In” page, enter the email address you used when you registered for CoNZealand. Click the “Continue” button.
    If this is your first time logging into Grenadine, you will be asked to confirm that it is you. Follow the confirmation instructions.
  4. Enter your password and click on “Continue.”
    If you do not remember your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” or “Send Me a Magic Link” to continue.
    Note: If you choose to have a “Magic Link” sent to your email address as part of your confirmation, it is only good for 1 hour. You can request a new “Magic Link” the next time you need to log in or set a new password.
  5. If you have logged in to Grenadine successfully, your name or profile photo will appear in the top right-hand corner of the Grenadine screen.

CNZ-PreCoNZ “Can’t Log In” Problems

A common problem is using an email address different from the one you used to register for CoNZealand. If this happens, you may not be able to log in. The easiest way to fix this is  to use the registered email address to log in. You can verify your email address here: https://members.conzealand.nz/.

Another problem is that some CoNZealand Registration information has not been updated in the CNZ-PreCoNZ database. When that happens, you can log in to CNZ-PreCoNZ, and view the schedule, but you cannot sign-up for programme items or join a session. If this happens, send a note to programme-ops@conzealand.nz. We will update your registration information in the CNZ-PreCoNZ database.  The next time you log in, you will be able to sign up for programming items, and see a Zoom link that permits you to join a session.
