Are you an ‘old hand’ at Worldcon? Or new to Worldcon but experienced at navigating events? We’d love you to volunteer to be a mentor or support person for our mentoring programme!

What is expected of mentors

More detailed information will be provided in April. Generally, you would be expected to email or skype with the person at least once before the convention, to meet them for a coffee or drink on the first day if they would like to, and be available to answer questions/provide moral support during the convention within reason, via whatever mode of communication you settle on. Anything further would be by agreement between you.
